He is a Health and Social Care Executive and has a Degree in Medicine and Surgery from Barcelona University, and is a specialist in healthcare organization management at the ESADE business school, with experience in transformation processes, innovation projects and multifunctional team management.

He has worked on the online design and development of care services, and has considerable professional experience in implementing technological solutions to permit the re-design of care processes, with the participation of healthcare professionals and patients, especially elderly people and people affected by dementia.

At present, he is one of the experts of the group that promotes the mapping of technological needs in intermediate care of the Catalan Department of Health and since May 2024, he is an independent member of the VidaCaixa Senior Experts Committee. Since April 2021, he has been a member of EJE&CON and is very active on social media with posts related to topics such as transformation, digital health, innovation, longevity, ageism, age-tech and care for people with dementia.
